A Once in a Decade Art Experience to Europe
Artful is delighted to partner with a member sponsored group to offer a unique ability to visit three of the most prestigious European art events over nine days across three countries. This opportunity only exists every ten years when Art Basel Basel, documenta, and the Venice Biennale overlap.
In creating this trip for you, we have focused on what we believe are the most important aspects of a memorable art experience - first class art, hospitality and service. We aim to engage you in discussion about the art as you bond with fellow members and explore new cities. As on every Artful trip our goal is to provide hospitality equal to the art experience.
This trip will be led by Artful's European art educator, Jennifer Ellis. Jenn is a curator, founder and patron led by the belief that art is one of the most empathetic yet critical mediums by which to communicate and investigate important cultural topics. Her global art network will benefit our guests as her friends from the art world join us at meals throughout the trip as guest speakers sharing their insider knowledge.
Our private experience is priced at $10,950 per person if double occupancy and $13,950 if single occupancy and includes all transportation, lodging, and meals during your trip. This trip is limited to 14 guests and a minimum of 12 guests is required to operate this trip. Your booking is requested by April 15th, 2022. Cancellations received sixty days prior to the Trip's start date will receive a full refund of any amounts actually received by Artful Jaunts, less a $500 administrative fee per person. No refund will be provided for cancellations received within sixty days of the Trip's start date. After the Trip has commenced, no refunds are available, even if Client does not partake in all of the Trip's activities or leaves the Trip early.

- Engage with Artful's expert art educator, Jenn Ellis, and her production coordinator. This international duo will help to ensure a seamless and fluid trip and enhance communications between guests and local vendors.
- Enjoy VIP tickets to Art Basel, documenta 15, and the Venice Biennale and receive a well curated and thoughtful introduction to each venue by our art educator.
- Converse with art world experts, including auction house specialists, top curators and gallerists, and emerging artists, in intimate settings throughout the journey.
- Revel in luxury accommodations at 5 and 4 star hotels in each city, centrally located near all art fairs and fine dining.
- Delight in flavorful cuisine that will showcase exquisite views, fun and trending locations, and sumptuous local delicacies.
- Engage with Artful's digital app streamlining the trip itinerary showcasing information about each fair and venue, and providing recommendations for pre-trip preparation, including articles on highlighted art programming.

- Accommodations at the Danieli in Venice, Italy; Hyperion in Basel, Switzerland; and FischerS hotel in Kassel, Germany.
- Entry to all fairs, museums, and exhibitions.
- All meals and scheduled cocktails from arrival at hotel on June 15th until departure after breakfast on June 23rd.
- All transfers from your arrival until your departure, including airport pick-up and drop-off, train from Basel to Kassel, and intra-trip flight from Kassel to Venice.
- All fees and gratuities, including baggage porter services.
- Please note, flights to Basel and departure from Venice are not provided with our programming.
